"Shame dies when stories are told in safe places."
- Ann Voskamp

Beneath the insight and the practices, there’s still a quiet ache. A longing for something deeper; not just to understand yourself, but to be with yourself. That's what these circles are for. Not another fix. Not more to figure out.

You’re sober. You’re self-aware. You’re in therapy.

A space to soften… and finally be Seen.

  • Each session opens with grounding and a somatic check-in
  • You’ll be guided through an IFS process to explore your parts
  • There’s space for sharing, witnessing, and deep connection
  • You’ll leave feeling more regulated, connected, and clear

What to expect..

  • Trauma-informed and rooted in nervous system safety
  • Led by an experienced IFS practitioner trained in somatic healing
  • Designed for women in long-term recovery who are ready to go deeper
  • A space where all parts of you are welcome, even the ones you hide

Each circle is...

These circles are small (8–10 women), 90 minutes long, and offered weekly in a 12 week series. The group becomes a container, a place to be seen without judgment and held without needing to explain.

About

focus

They are small, sacred groups for women in recovery to explore their inner world using the Internal Family Systems model, a powerful, evidence-based framework for healing trauma.

We meet in circle, we slow down, and we listen within. You’ll learn to recognize the voices inside: the protectors, the critics, the exiles and meet them not with shame, but with compassion.
