Most people find me after years of talk therapy and are wanting something different, something deeper. During our time we will explore the root of emotional distress, patterns, and protective strategies to understand where they come from and how they continue to live in the body and nervous system. My approach is holistic, somatic, and parts based, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR to support lasting, embodied transformation.
I help clients connect with the different parts of themselves, the ones that learned to survive, protect, perform, or stay small and begin to build a more compassionate and trusting relationship with their internal world. Through this work, we begin to shift long standing patterns and create space for a more authentic, aligned way of living.
My work is deeply informed by both clinical training and lived experience. As someone in long-term recovery with over 20 years of sobriety, I understand the layers of healing that exist beyond early recovery. I am especially passionate about supporting women in long-term recovery who have done meaningful work, yet still feel the pull for something deeper.
I offer a space for those navigating complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, relational challenges, and the quiet sense of feeling stuck or disconnected. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and direct, meeting you where you are while gently guiding you toward greater self-trust, connection, and a return to your authentic self.
