dedicated to cultivating meaningful relationships and authentic connection. She focuses on ways to nourish the whole self: our bodies, minds, and spirits; and is continuously mproving that practice in her own life. She has eclectic interests - meditation, ballroom dancing, and playing ultimate frisbee - to name a few. She has a strong ability to honor different perspectives and is invested in getting to know your story and how it sheds light into your current circumstances. With a little bit of insight, coupled with compassion and presence, she has worked with many individuals to gain power and security in their
